[IRCA] Aruba is in South America... OK, OK!

Gary,

I'd just been thinking about finding some precedent for where Aruba
and Bahamas are, continentally... I was going to suggest the
governing body of aviation records as they are very serious about
transcontinental records... They would rule with me, for the hard
continental boundaries.... However, the hams have already split these
hairs and your suggestion is very well taken You can be my
specialist on things about ham radio geography (please.) So, whoever
ends up with the earliest RVC logging in the NW pretty well has the
W>E Trans-Continental record and I've already got Gil in the list
with PJB-800 as the first South American logging, barefoot.

Thanks for the ruling and the confusion by your aging but still
humble servant :>)
