[IRCA] East-coast SRF-59 reception "firsts"

I was attempting to create a calibration rule on my SRF-59 tonight, and in
the process scored a few "firsts" (for me) with the radio:

 - first NDB: 526 kHz ZLS Bahamas
 - first "utility" reception: NAVTEX on 518 kHz, likely from Chesapeake VA
(wonder if it's possible to decode from the audio on the SRF-59?)
 - first Pan-American (non-Cuban) reception: 530 kHz Turks and Caicos
Islands
 - first Trans-Atlantic "het": 1521 kHz Saudi Arabia
 - first "K" call from west of the Mississippi - 1520 kHz KRHW Sikeston MO
(700 miles distance)

I must say, that's not bad from a $15 radio. These were all "barefoot" (e.g.
just using the internal ferrite antenna) but I have been playing around with
placing the SRF-59 on top of the Quantum Loop and get appreciable increases
in levels using this setup,
