Hi Gary,
All kidding aside, I would be willing to look at anyone's SRF-59, if they 
really thought it wasn't operating at peak sensitivity. All I'd ask would be 
return postage to mail the radio back to the owner.
Contact me offlist if you think your SRF-59 isn't sensitive enough and would 
like me to look at it. Please do not just send it to me, without first 
checking with me.
