[IRCA] WEGP-1390

The DX Dashboard Society Strikes again.  On the commute home tonight,
had a "WEGP" quickie ID at tune-in on 1390 at 1730 Eastern, which is
in Presque Isle, ME, with an ad string about some programs on the
station, then a quick fade-out.  Must have caught them on a very nice
fade up- had them less than 20 seconds but with 2 very nice IDs- a
very good catch from way up "in the County".  Their website says they
are now running their new 25,000 watt (daytime) transmitter, also
running 10 kw at night I assume.
