[IRCA] TPs for 14 Dec

A quick listen at 1535UT this morning.  The  big Japanese didn't seem 
as strong, but there was a fair bit more in the way of weaker audios, 
including a couple of North Koreans

Asian unless indicated otherwise:


Darn good audio, if briefly:  594, 828

Reasonable audio  (though often battling w/splash):  774, 1575, 1593 
(CNR1 as Dennis mentioned)

Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  747, 
855 N. Korea with a big hum

Burbles in the splatter:  279, 585, 603, 612 (seemed JJ rather than 
DU), 657 likely N. Korea with a hum on channel, 693, 846, 864, 972 
with the usual big carrier, 1134, 1287, 1503, 1566

strong carrier, no audio:
