It's the id with a little before and after. At the very beginning just 
before "15-10" it sounds like "News talk". That would rule out KFNN. At 
8 secs there is a YL and it sounds as if she is saying "It's 4 am". If 
so that would narrow it down to a handful of stations I should think.

Bear in mind that a couple of minutes before the recording the signal 
was strong enough for me to decipher the web address and phone number of 
a haulage company which has its HQ in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Interestingly a MWDXer who lives only 20 miles from me has the new 
Perseus receiver and had recorded a block including 1510 at the time. He 
has a weak "KCKK" id but no sign of what I have. I heard KCKK 25 minutes 
later at 1125 UTC.
