[IRCA] TPs for 9Dec07

Arrived home from a delivery to get to the dials at 14:58.  A poor morning despite A/K of 0/0, though the SF is up pretty high (87).  The bottom of the band was pretty dead, but more activity in the top half with perhaps 10 weak audios.  I'm listening to CNR1 on 1593 now at fair level, for example.  1475 is still absent......Walt in Victoria. (who's now going back to bed)
