[IRCA] TP's 12/7

Good morning
 
Listened from 1345-1430 UT and like yesterday conditions were very poor at first.  Around 1400 UT the conditions changed and it was good.  All action was on the bottom part of the band with no carriers or audio above 774.  Audio was heard on 567, 657, 693, 747, 756 and 774.
