[IRCA] New Log- WPRO-630

Snagged a new one this morning- WPRO-630, Providence RI, at 0700
Eastern, with news, IDs, lots of mentions of Southern New England, and
school closings due to the storm up there.  Mixing with WMAL and the
eternal hets from all the off-frequency Latins that populate this
area.  My 4th Rhode Island station.  Got this one on the KA1103
barefoot.  My 640th station overall.
