That's less than an hour before HLAZ sunset, Walt, and certainly a 
carrier has been heard on 1566 earlier than that at this time of 
year,  so reasonable audio at that hour shouldn't be 
impossible.....besides, there doesn't seem to any more reasonable alternative.
