[IRCA] 1700 KVNS, Brownsville Texas

Hi All,
   
  Looks like KVNS 1700 has changed format from Spanish to English 60's and 70's Oldies now. I just tuned across the channel and noted oldies, absent is the usually Spanish. Not sure when to change took place. The slogan I heard was "It's classic Rock n Roll for the work day, Oldies Radio 1700 KVNS".
