Re: [IRCA] First TP on Sony SRF M37V

Dennis,

Congratulations on joining the "Mighty Mite" TP club! As you may have
discovered, these kind of contacts are somewhat more thrilling and memorable
than routine TP's. It seems like Colin is also on the verge of this exciting
accomplishment, so I'm very happy that my review has had such an influence.

Gerry Thomas, the engineer of the Quantum Loop products, has read the
review and ordered an SRF-59, very curious as to the technical innovations in
the design. He also has given me detailed information on using the QL and
Q-stick antennas with the "Mighty Mites," if any IRCA members are interested.

Hopefully other experienced TP (and TA) DXers will order one of these
astonishing, inexpensive portables, and experience the great excitement of
"Mighty Mite" transoceanic DX.

                73 and Best Wishes,

                Gary
