[IRCA] GE Super Radio II question

My on-off switch is quite dodgy now.  The radio will only stay on now when I
hold the rather large on-off switch hard down.  It is as though there is
corrosion or whatever in the switch.  My lady friend taped it in place, so
it is always on, but that renders the tuning impossible.

Is there some kind of spray (like an electronics version of WD-40) that I
can spritz into the switch to make it young again?
