For some reason JOUB keeps coming in here daily with a readable signal (sometimes much better).....Checked around midnight last night and JOUB was there weakly through the neighborhood QRN.
Again about 4:45 a.m. (1245 UT) and in with a nice readable signal.  Don't know why the others don't show up here.
