Just before the TOH (9:00 PM local, 05:00 UTC), KWKH was dominant over CKWX, but alas, no ID at the TOH.  Just C&W music, and soon after faded down.  I'm still able to make them out with my Misek phaser, but not strong enough for an ID yet......Walt in Victoria.
