[IRCA] TPs for 11/27

Listened from 1315-1430 UT and nothing was heard until sunrise enhancement at 1404 when it started to get good with many carriers on the bottom part of the band.  By 1410 UT I had audio on 693, 747 and 774.  aT 1417 UT the audio from 774 was very good with man and woman with EE lessons.
