Nick,

It sounds like we caught the same thing. However, I could only get any
of it on one side band too. But that is not uncommon as the WLPO test
was that way. Often using the 2.3 or 1.8 filter, a signal will only be
noted on one sideband if it is very weak. It is probably on the other
sideband, but too weak to hear. This code at 0411 was weak indeed. But
again, like you I have no clue what it was other than the test. But
sound effects are possible from some other station, but morse code going
on for nearly 30 seconds?
