[IRCA] WCXH Test heard in SEPA

As with the earlier test, WCXH was hear ths morning on unattended
recording. I had set up the loop for best null on WBBM, which most of
the time left either Coro or CFDR on top. WCXH started code almost
instantly on the heels of WBBM's TOH tone @ 0400 with code. Owing to a
better null on WBBM this time, WCXH was stronger.

I still have 55 minutes of recording during the test period to listen
to to determine what else of the test I captured.
