Arabic should be from Saudi Arabia, but they should fade before now..ie it's 
0400 and I lose Duba on 1521 by 0315 or even earlier this time of year. They 
hand in later on the N.E. coast, but not here inland.

Do you have other high end TA's ?  73 KAZ
