Re: [IRCA] WFAW DX Test



Thinking back about 25 years ago, and I recall being on the IRCA BOD for a 
while back then. I submitted a proposal to make UTC standard for all club 
columns and was shot down faster than our first troops that landed on Omaha 
Beach.
