[IRCA] WFAW DX Test

Good Evening:

In checking out 940 tonight I have noticed two dominant stations.  One is semi local Spanish station KWBY Woodburn, Or.  The other is a Spanish station playing children singing in Spanish.  Anyone know who this might be?  Trying to null these two down.  Help appreciated.
