It could have also been a mixing product involving one of your three 
South Asian oriented semi-locals.  For example 990 = 2 x 1200 - 1410.  
It might be worth doing a sanity check on them if you hear this again.

Fiji was here several years ago, but it's been silent for a long time 
(unless it recently returned).
