What the hissmakers would fear most is not a total elimination for all
brdcstrs at night, but a mandatory, selective cut back to some but not all
of the stations.  As long as no one can use it at night,  it would be easier
for the group of them  to swallow it.  It would drive an owner nuts if his
station was cut back while a buddy's wasn't.  No one likes to be singled
out.  I don't base this on any experience in the radio industry; just some
+/- experience raising children. ;)
