[IRCA] WIGG-1420 Test

I actually remembered this test, but after checking my recording this afternoon, I did not hear anything that suggested a test. Just someone in Spanish who refused to ID, oldies music that could have been any of 3 or 4, and someone with an ESPN ID. Conditions not that great.

Mike in St Isidore, AB with AOR 7030+, Quantum Phaser, EWE's of 110' & 125', a 1000' E/W beverage and 1000' BOG at 300 degrees.
