Particularly appealing, 'full generation power plant in floor' & beachside 
qth. Does ground system terminate in salt water? A must. Metal roof? Most trendy 
in FL among swells with more dollars than sense. Nice counterpoise for 
antenna farm, but doesn't copper roof affect MW reception? A just society, while 
tolerant of its swells, nonetheless does not permit them to indulge in ephemeral 
fashion whims which impair radio reception.  
 
    Other than that, nice joint, ample room galleries of well-stuffed relay 
racks. Is there a property within, say, twenty miles upon which to locate
