[IRCA] 960 CFFX questin

I logged what I presume is 960 CFFX, Kingston ON this morning with the 
id "Lite 104.3 CJYY". I cannot find any reference on the internet to 
'CJYY', not even in the FCC database - AM or FM

Brief recording (I was in AM synch mode at the time so it's a bit

Can anyone explain?
