Listened from 1302-1412 ut.  Conditions are really poor this morning.  I fact, I'm tuning the receiver to KOHI 1600 and listen to the news and Mary Rowe.  Over and out.


153          Russia, 1302 fair with woman in Russian.

189          Russia, 1309 fair at 1309 with woman giving Radio Rossii ID.

279          Russia, 1310 fair with woman in Russian.

774         Japan, 1323 weak with man in Japanese and a lot of splatter.

828         Japan, 1325 weak with man in Japanese.  PIPS at 1400 still weak.

1566       Republic of Korea, HLAZ very weak with man in Asian langauge.
               Only heard a few times while tuned to the frequency for 15 
               minutes.
