[IRCA] Earthquake tonight!

Hi,

Well we just had a 5.6 temblor with the epicenter about 2-3 miles from 
our house.  We live in the Alum Rock area of San Jose.  There was a very 
abrupt strong shaking for just a few seconds and then it died down over 
the next five seconds or so.  A Some books fell off of our (overloaded) 
book shelves but after some inspection outside, I can find no other damage.

They've been saying that the Hayward fault was going to let go soon so 
perhaps I'd better get some earthquake insurance!

Lots of news stories on the radio and TV about this.
