[IRCA] SORTA DX...

While vigorously scanning the dials during my recent FL-NC-TN-KY-MN  
trip in order to provide fellow club members with scintillating DX  
info, several times I heard a tune which sounded like "Big City  
Woman" and which opened with, and featured throughout, a banjo. Can  
anyone identify the title and artist?
