[IRCA] 1134 Mhz Croatia

Does the Croatian station use English speaking announcers?  Last night,
approximately 200 UTC, I heard a male announcer with a British accent
discussing news events in Croatia and several European countries.  The het
had been strong at 1134 earlier.  The audio, however was fairly broad and I
couldn't rule out two signals on 1130 as being a source of the audio,
although the audio I heard was not as strong off 1134 as  when I tuned down
band.
