Listened from 1410 to 1440UT this morning. Somewhat lower signal
levels in general than yesterday, I thought, but got some nice peak
signals out of a couple of the Japanese powerhouses. In addition,
both 747 and 774 had sufficient pep left at 1540UT to hear their sign
offs, one hour after local sunrise, and 1287 still had audio
traces. Otherwise, just a number of weak carriers then.
Asian unless noted.
Darn good audio, if briefly: 594, 747
Reasonable audio (though often battling w/splash) 567, 774, 828
Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 612
DU, 666, 801 (Tagalog??), 864, 1206 (big off channel carrier), 1287, 1566
Burbles in the splatter: 621, 657, 711, 846, 855 (hum), 918, 936,
945 (pretty sure //5030), 963, 972 (big carrier as always), 1134
strong carrier, no audio: 702 (hum), 783, 1242, 1467. Good sized
hum on 720.
best wishes,
Nick
