1290 WIRL IL PEORIA 0300 to 0430 21/10/07
Between 0300 and 0430, DX TEST heard with slow speed CW, tones and voice ID.
Rough copy through out the test. Strong QRM from all of the regular 1290 Kc
stations. KIVY Crockett, TX; WHKY Hickory, NC; WTKS Savanna, GA. [WM-TN]
DXer: Willis, K4APE
QTH: Old Fort, TN
ANTENNA: 149' long wire
RCVR: Drake R-4C
