[IRCA] TPs 20 October: Very Hopeful

Thankfully, recovery is already well under way.  Things were almost 
"normal" for me below 1100 kHz.  Above there, I had quite a few hets, 
but little useable audio except 1566 & 1575. Late, 1287 in JJ came up 
to useable level, other than that: nothing of use above 1100.

High points on the low band included:

The Big JJs doing better than what has been normal the past three weeks.

621: Radio Rossii was in very nicely for a while

CNR1 was present on 639 // 756 // 945

I've been watching 972, the Big Gun Korean, all season.  I'd swear 
that the modulation was down some.  Seems to have much more carrier 
than audio.  Anybody else feel that way.
