[IRCA] TPs for 10-11

Good morning
 
Listened from 1250-1340 UT and only heard very weak audio on 648 and 657 at 1320-1327 UT.  This is a little on the strange side as I don't get much audio from these stations.  No audio from the normal stations 594. 693, 747 or 774.
