The list only has stations "silent over 2 months", so if a station's 
been off for "more than" 45 days wouldn't necessarily be included.

See www.kiyu.com for info on why KIYU Galena AK is silent (a dump truck 
got caught in one of the tower's guy wires in July).

Replacement tower sections have arrived, so they think they can have the 
AM back on the air soon.  The FM remains on the air.
