[IRCA] TA....on west coast?

At 0310UT this evening, 1215 had a good sized carrier, with traces of 
pop mx.   Carriers on such channels as 1017, 1053, 1089, 1377 though 
pretty weak...given geomagnetic conditions of late, it's a little surprising.
