Recently article posted reveals FCC isn't merely negligent or inadequate to 
tasks set before them. They're complicit in iBLOC mess, among others.
 
Antennas disconnected due to weather. Rigs quiet, even at this distance, one 
hears light, mirthful, splittering of drool hitting office floors, falling 
from pie-holes of giddy tort lawyers.
