[IRCA] IBOC complaints

With all the ideas on who to complain to one got left out unless
I missed it.  The on air personalities. This is one group that
WANTS to be heard wherever a station can reach.

I am also thinking of writing a few letters to the editors about
what that hiss is on your radio at nite. I would think that
would stir up complaints, especialy out in the sticks where we
still depend on DX.  Comments ?
