Bill,

The "working on it", may be a way to easily slide IBOC out of AM. As
they can be working on it for any certain length of time. The suits will
have to face it that there is no way around the noise. So, it does look
like the handwritting is on the wall. Hopefully, day IBOC will go in
time too. Without 24 IBOC service, what good is it? Well, in reality,
what good is it anyway?
