Colin,

It sounds like the KTBR 950 IBOC is getting farther North than even here
in the mornings. KTBR got a boost from 1 KW to 3.4 KW and they bought a
new tx that was capible of HD. That is part of the welthy Jefferson
Public Radio Group from So Oregon, as well as KBVM 1280 Eugene and
Tallent (Medford) on 1230, which is already IBOC. I have been getting
the hash on 936 & 963 the past few mornings here too. Roseburg is close
enough to mess things up with 34 watts of IBOC.
