[IRCA] RF-Space SDR - IQ first look

Walt Salmaniw was good enough his brand new RF-Space SDR-IQ receiver
for testing and set-up and fine finishing (mounting in a project case)

I have a vanilla Windows XP box running a Pentium processor at 3.2 Ghz.
I was up and running (picking up signals) in less than 5 minutes!

Antenna is a simple 7' whip mounted off of the computer room.
