[IRCA] "Cheater" term revisited

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SOME GETTING UPSET OVER THE
TERM "CHEATER" APPEARING ON THIS REFLECTOR.

If you are upset by the term "cheater," I suggest
that you delete the e-mail that has the term in it.

Sometimes "cheater" applies to a station, sometimes
it doesn't. I don't give a XXXX if the term DOES
cause someone to have a fit of the "vapors."
