While I agree with what Craig has said, it seems that HSFB STA is an
effective euphemism which could be substituted instead. So is "on past
bedtime" or similar.
But the most important part of what Craig said above is the single
factor which causes me to support not using the term, namely that there
are still people on this and other lists who insist on overusing it any
time they hear a station which they don't think they should be hearing.
Since this has been debated for some time without changing that type of
behavior, then I have to agree with wording things differently, even
though some see it as excessive political correctness.
The discussion persist precisely because in many cases it's either an
accident or propagation but some folks still want to call it all that
one same word regarldless.
