[IRCA] KOHI Still Atop 1600 Long After LSS

For some reason, KOHI-1600 is apparently still on day power tonight,  
dominating over KVRI and KOPT, with a local football game at 2036 PDT.   Apparently 
Marty Rowe forgot to switch down to the 12w nightime power?   This may be the 
chance for those on the west coast to get a very elusive  catch...
