[IRCA] NE Oregon TA's Tuesday night

Conditions are winding down already, 0415 utc, for possible TA reception 
here. LWBC is usually better than MW, but tonight MW was better with a het 
on just about every 9kc channel around 0300-0330 utc. 1215 finally produced 
solid audio, with pop music at poor/weak level at 0308 utc. Eventually 1134 
produced poor/weak audio at 0343 utc. 531 had poor audio at 0349 utc.
LWBC produced mostly poor audio, even on usually-stronger 189 Iceland. Audio 
heard on 162, 177, 189, 198 (up to poor/weak with pips and into news at 0400 
TOH), 216, 234, 252, 270.
