 Astute. WOR is a study in contradictions, paradigms, polarities, and 
overblown reactions.
 
Indeed, why not use minimal power to reach local audience? The answer is 
clear, having to do with anhilliating competition via jamming.
 
WOR's exemplary personnel make one point perfectly clear, the severity of 
interference is in direct proportion to their strident, pointed, churlish, 
denials of same.
 
The rule applies to all cases of HD interference, and to the greater scam
