[IRCA] KNOT-1450 and KYCA-1490

Interesting night for DX as both KNOT-1450 and KYCA-1490 were both off the air at 8:40 PM MST.  KYCA is now back on the air but KNOT is still off.  So at one time I had no local stations on the air.
