[IRCA] TP's for 9/15

It was a pretty decent morning in NW OR, tons of frequencies full of
TPs.  
  Even a bunch of Filipinos, including:
 
1026 DZAR Quezon City (Metro Manils) at 1356 9/15 with EE preacher, 1402
"Sonshine Radio DZAR"

1017  DXAM  Davao City IDed at 1507 mention "DXAM with ten thousand
watts..." o/ DYRP with female ancr who had IDed at 1400 as "DYRP Iloilo
City"
and a 3rd Filipino with a man under that, but too weak to ID.

1062   DZEC   Quezon City (Metro Manila) Also good with man in Tagalog
at 1350 9/15

Also noted Filipinos on 558 (DZXL presumed), UNID Tagalog talk at 1405
on 648. Also 1345 on 576 Tagalog talk

A fair number of CC were in too with 1161 quite good at times 1345 UTC
Also noted 918, 927, 945, 981, 1017 (mixing with Filipinos at 1349),
1044, 1071, 1206, 1593
Finally at 1408, 2KY took over 1017 khz with Sports which sounded like
racing.

Powerhouse JJs noted on usual channels, plus a commercial mix on 864 and
also another on 1107 trading places with the MBC Korean.

Finally after 1340, the HD Hash from KGO on 801 disappeared to the point
as I could hear KTWG Guam with U.S, preacher, but not the usual Dr.
McGee I have heard all week. Probably not run Sat nights, just during
the week.

1179 JOOR pretty much buried under KEX's hash and never could get it
strong enough, But 1206 China did ok.

Overall it was a good morning, but not long enough once the HD hash from
CA faded out. The window of opportunity was gone by 1415, but at least
it is there. Probably will improve as it gets  into October though.
