mentioned something about "in Nome", but too much KKOH at  0840 EDT

850    KICY    AK, Nome, much better than KNOM, KICY dominant with
Christmas pop mx, ID at 1302, "This is KICY in Nome" 9/14. Often KICY
will take over 850 here. (PM-OR)
