I did not know CJDC applied for a power boost. I do know about Tumbler
Ridge as it is in their ID. I remember listening to CJDC in Seward AK in
the 60s when they were on 1350 with a 1 KW, where I got my first QSL
from them.  They were common on MMs in those days. Later they moved to
890 and became a night time regular.
